All around is nothingness — all is the infinite Void of the deep dark abyss of space. The blackness shines with a deep blue tinge…a godly ultramarine glow shines over this peaceful vacuumous landscape. Out of the depth emerges a bright halo, a halo that is an expressionless humanoid like creature, but all is blurry, you can’t quite make out the figure, it is somehow pixelated.
The foggy depth begins to clear, more definition is apparent. This bright light of a soul looked more like a projection on a wall. Flat and two dimensional, it was truly unusual — alien. Three similar others approach, all four stare at each other. One brakes the silence:
‘Is it true brother, is he the one,’ uttered a ghostly soft feminine voice.
‘Yes sister it is true, I will leave tonight and Christopher’s calling will be answered,’ replied another with a confident voice of a leader.
‘I will collect the others and prepare them,’ Bellowed out a deeper eerie voice.
Silence feel, uncomfortable
Finally a fourth voice emerges from the Void, well-spoken…distinct…overconfident. ‘This human boy is far from the perfect candidate. I have seen him, this boy…his life is miserable. Too much tragedy…this boy, too much pain — brokenhearted boys' heads are full up of Hobgoblins…too many in this boy.’
The leader instantly replied with a louder tone. ‘Hobgoblins, I fear it is you brother who is possessed by a disease of the mind’ He turns to the deep Void and pulls out an curious
Pen, he drew a two dimensional symbol using the Void as his canvas. A portal made up of kaleidoscopic, psychedelic colourful dust opened. ‘I have no time for Rumination, don’t overthink it Brother…nothing is perfect.’
