N.B. Blind Lemmings, people with no eyes, they focus on my race, sex, age or whatever. Don't you know it is me who talks to you; don't focus on the superficial, a label cannot change a person, it's the true nature of a person which is important. Ignore those illusory phantoms to find out about the real me. The rest is just a distraction.
That's right my pen name is Oggy. A childhood nickname and now my online pseudonym (as in Oggy Oggy Oggy! Oi Oi Oi! Oggy Oggy Oggy! Oi Oi Oi! Oggy! Oi! Oggy! Oi! Oggy Oggy Oggy! Oi Oi Oi!), or is it a heteronym? Anyway, I started writing this book in order to explore my interest in self improvement, in particular the use of meditation. I was inspired by the Buddhist concept of Śūnyatā (empty, void, zero or nothing) and it's use in meditation, to stop overthinking rumination; as Bodhidharma once said, “Not thinking about anything is Zen". Unlike mindful meditations way of paying attention to thoughts or physical objects, Void meditation focuses on infinite nothingness.
My goal is to finish writing this insanely entertaining book and get it published and through it, help to improve the lives of many.
